    Xbox bricked after software update: 19h1_release_xbox_dev_1904.190224-1940


    My Xbox one is enrolled in the Xbox insider program (to test out new updates before they are released to the public). The last update: 19h1_release_xbox_dev_1904.190224-1940 bricked my Xbox. It starts up to the troubleshooting screen but I cannot get
    it to reset the OS. I’ve even tried the offline reset option. It gets 1-14% of the way done and then crashes again.

    What can I do?

    The offline OSU should not be used by Insiders I believe.

    Have you tried a factory reset after ensuring you have your account details.

    Head over to Reddit Insiders as stated above and I'm sure you will get some answers.

    You might consider dropping back to a lower ring also.

    Thanks for your post. If you've already attempted the Offline System Update, have you attempted using a different USB port on the console to load the operating system on the console?

    Please let us know.
