xbox brick shows orange

My day one edition did the same thing. I ended up replacing it with a one S. And have had no issues. I was glad when they went away from the external power brick one the newer ones. Makes fixing all the wires and cables for the entertainment center easier
to me.

My Xbox is doing the same thing now. It refuses to work with anything I cannot access the Xbox at all.When I used to be able to click on gamesIt would give me a dark blue screen and sit there for hours unless I turned it off out of the wall. Constantly
runs even though it’s turned off normally. It always says “sorry, looks like our service isn’t working right” on it. I can’t even go into settings. So I literally have a dead Xbox sitting on my shelf that is of no use... I don’t understand what happened to
it. Ventelation is good and I have already tried the resetting. I’m at a loss and very upset because I paid for Xbox live and my movie apps and I can’t even get onto my Xbox.

You could try connecting your xbox to a different outlet, or you could contact support to figure out how to fix this issue.

forgot to mention my power brick shows orange when i plug in the power supply and when i turn on it shows green then xbox shutsdon automatically after 2-8 minutes and the brick goes back to orange again. only shows red when i unplugged the power supply (it
shows red before the light goes off) - as seen on the video i posted
