xbox breaks my games

it all started happening when it broke my gta disc it got a circular scratch, then i bought i new one and it worked great. but then a few months later it broke my fifa 14 so i bought a new one and then it broke it again so then i started playing fifa
13 instead but today it broke my fifa 13 aswel so now i'm only stuck with fifa 12 and when it breakes my disc it says " disc is unreadable"

Quantum Break Pre-Load code bonus for Windows 10 Amazon

Hello guys. I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon and I have not receive my Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code yet!

I bought Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code for XBox One on Amazon on April 4-th because Amazon said they will give me Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I redeemed the XBox One Quantum Break Pre-Load digital code on xbox.com on April 4-th. Today is
April 15-th and I have no Quantum Break Windows 10 digital code. I check my xbox.com account messages every day and there is no any message with my code.

I do not have XBox One or XBox 360 console, so I use xbox.com.

Here is the product description from Amazon:

Alan Wake code and The Signal and The Writer add-on codes

I purchased a digital download code of Quantum Break from amazon and never received the Alan Wake codes through Xbox live messages. In the item description it says, "Includes an additional full-game download of Alan Wake, the Xbox 360 game playable on Xbox
One, as well as The Signal and The Writer add-ons (download code will be delivered via an Xbox Live message 7-10 days after downloading Quantum Break)." It has already been 10 day since i redeem my Quantum Break code.

If you've had the console longer than a year then the warranty is up and Xbox will charge for the repair. If you don't want to pay for a repair you could get a new one. Look for deals, I don't know where you live but here in Canada there is a deal on right
now for the 250 gb slim with 5 games for $299.
