Xbox breaks my game disc's

it all started happening when it broke my gta disc it got a circular scratch, then i bought i new one and it worked great. but then a few months later it broke my fifa 14 so i bought a new one and then it broke it again so then i started playing fifa 13
instead but today it broke my fifa 13 aswel so now i'm only stuck with fifa 12 and when it breakes my disc it says " disc is unreadable" i spoke with someone on Microsoft support and he told me to post this

Why are 360 games so fragile?

Not all disc's are made the same though. I have gotten some games pc/xbox/ps3 wise and they work forever no matter how badly they are scratched and other you get a finger print on it and it wont read.

I have started going digital with all of my game disc's and such, so that I do not have to worry about the disc's getting ruined.

i Keep wondering why so many Support agents direct People to the Forums ...

unless your box is somehow moving during playinga disc it shouldnt happen, maybe its placed on a not so solid ground or something like that?

Exactly as above. These scratches only happen when the console is moved while the disc is on and in the tray.

Is your console standing or laying flat? If it is standing, I would recommend laying it flat to prevent these scratches in the future.

The console was bundled with a physical copy of quantum break but the games disc case only included the quantum break disc. There was no paperwork inside the disc case, literally only the quantum break disc.

If you believe your XBOX 360 is causing your discs to crack and break please do not continue to insert more discs in the console, instead contact phone support and speak with them. More than likely you will need to send your console in for repair.

This problem is usually caused when a console is being moved while being on or being moved right as it's turned off and the disc is still spinning in the drive, but if you're sure your not doing that then you will need to follow the advice listed up top which
would be to contact phone support and get the console repaired.
