    Xbox Bootup (GSOD)


    Hello, I've had my Refurbished Xbox One since a little bit before Christmas and ever since a few months ago I've been having bootup problems. I get stuck at the green "XBOX ONE" screen and if it ever does get anywhere past that it's usually a screen that
    says "Something Went Wrong..." (With an error code and troubleshoot options.) I've factory reset it once from those troubleshoot options, and it worked for a while after that but it's started doing it again. Does anyone know what's causing this and if there
    are any solutions to fixing it?

    Xbox One startup very slow

    After the NXOE update, starting up my Xbox seems very slow to bootup. The dashboard itself seems fine and is usually very responsive. Anybody having a slow bootup time. It seems like the bootup time is maybe over 30 seconds.

    I bought my son a used xbox one for christmas. We tried it out prior to wrapping and it worked perfect. Now we plugged it in and all it does is stay on a green screen.... forever. I am extremely upset and him as well that this is not working. the green screen
    is the first and only thing that comes up and I have tried the usb version to fix this screen and also you tubed for the last 2 hours trying to fix this. I am trying to also fiind an email to voice my concerns and all the microsoft site does is re route me
    to chat which no one is on. So frustrated. Someone please help.

    here is the guide     again. If you work through the options that match your error code/message and no dice, unfortunately your console may be in need of repair. You can explore that process via the

    Ok thanks! If there any settings I need to change before I hard reset?

    (Btw I can still get into my console it just has the green Xbox screen pop up first)

    Offline System Update Diagnostic Tool NOT WORKING

    I'm having the same issue. The system worked for about a week, now the GSoD. I've also tried both diagnostic tools to noavail. Error code 101.
