    Hi, I have a Xbox one s when I plug the console on it pops the fuse straight away, I can’t find any information about this problem only to change power outlet. Anyone else had this problem and managed to get it resolved TIA?

    X-Box One - Repeatedly blowing the fuse in plug

    which version of the xbox one is it. may have to be sent for repair as i would not attempt to use if blowing fuses.

    13a fuse, is that the main cable for the xbox or an extension lead, if the main cable for the xbox this should only have a 5a fuse.

    if it is an extension lead then replace the extension lead, but damage to the xbox may have accurred due to fuse blowing multiple times.

    if it's popping a fuse, stop plugging it in because you're looking at a potential fire. You should get a plug tester from the hardware store and use it on the outlet, or better yet call a licensed electrician

    Cheaper to buy another console than call an electrician? Plug sockets are all working fine. There is no risk of a fire if the fuse blows in the plug it cuts all the power to the console, not that I have it plugged in now!!

    It's why I told you to get a plug tester. A good one will tell you if it's the outlet

    As mentioned above the sockets are fine. Doesn’t matter which socket I plug it in to it blows the fuse when turned on. I do have a socket tester but that is irrelevant in this case, the problem is with the console not electricity supply
