    My Xbox One console got banned!

    Daft Badger yes you right i know that but is that mean i can't use Xbox live? no i don't think

    the whole world using Xbox One even if they country not on list

    i bought my first Xbox and i still have it and working fine i have Xbox 360 too and now Xbox one,, Never i got banned or blocked for that reason (Kuwait not on list)

    Xbox just like any other console companies never use that rules for customers

    Ive had my email blocked for some unknown reason and i cant get onto my xbox account without signing into my email which it just says problem with account but i dont know how to change the email to my new one so i can use my account again??

    If you mean you have been suspended or banned then no one here can tell you the reason as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
    here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

    I got banned after getting harassed by someone?? Are you kidding me?

    The ability to report and block others on Xbox Live is there for a reason. If someone sends you nasty message you can simply block them, no more messages. If they send you a message that breaks the ToS, you can report it. The reporting and blocking system is there to protect you.

    Responding to hateful/aggressive messages with hateful and aggressive messages is against the Terms of Service that you agreed to abide by when you signed up for Xbox Live.

    While I can see that you were potentially baited into responding, there was no need to respond. Other online services have exactly the same rules.

    The xbox live gaming community is visited by gamers that have the right to play without being harassed or vebally abused for this reason there are rules that enforce this right like in every gaming community.

    I suggest you to read the Code of Conduct and respect it.
