    Xbox blocked for my six year old.


    I've spoken to Microsoft and my sons xbox has had a console ban!! He's six!! Has anyone got any ideas as he hasn't the age or the ability to be able to break there terms and conditions!! Someone please help and advise I've tried to check its serial number
    but it won't do anything!! Grrrh!xxx

    We were unable to turn on your console. Make sure this device is on the same network as your console and your console is set to instant on.

    I ditched my six year old router for a newer model and I can finally turn on my Xbox One via Smartglass.
