Xbox black screen but with static and boot sound first

So my Xbox video is not working. When i boot it., my tv registers there is incoming signal so no longer says "no signal" then there is a pulsing static sound, then the initial Xbox boot sound but still black screen, then nothing. No sound, no video nothing.
I replaced hdmi port, exact same issue so not the port. Tried all the hard /cold resets it doesn't even temp fix the issue. Any insight? Can't seem to find much online with these exact symptoms.

When I first started up the Xbox, it would give me an E106 fault code and not boot, after installing updates via USB the Xbox did boot, but with very scratchy colored lines, distorted sound and flicking black screen. NO it is not my TV or HDMI cable.

Please would someone shine some light on this, I really don't want to swap back hard-drives.

 

XBOX ONE HDMI problem

I'm having this same issue. I boot up the Xbox and I get the normal green boot screen, but when the system goes to load the OS I get a black screen with no sound. I was playing Destiny and NBA 2K15 just fine yesterday, but when I went to start it up today
this issue sprung up.

 

I'm having the same issue. Started just today. I can pull up the side bar, but as soon as I close it, everything fades to black again. Tremendously annoying, especially when nobody in customer support has heard of this problem. They all default to "It's
your TV or it's the console that's broken."

Hope someone has a workaround, so this isn't a paperweight.

 

Hey Guys! This issue should be resolved, power cycle the console and give it another shot. Post back and let me know how it goes!

my Xbox works fine without the external hard drive but when I connect the hard drive it says no signal being received tries to start but won't used to work fine before the last update why is this?

 

if you mean holding the home button until it shuts down, then I have. Then unplugged, even used a different power supply. The issue continues.

really the tv? Yes I have tried a different tv, a different cable, a different power supply, a different hardrive, and replaced the hdmi port itself. Still does the same thing, there is never any picture, you first hear the warpynxbox boot sound, then
3 static sounds then silence and no more. . When you hold the home button on the controller which usually vibrates and brings up the shutdown options, this one doesn't. Is there even a video card to be replaced or is it apart of the processor?
