Xbox black screen after update 7/9/2021

My Xbox did a mandatory update this morning and now displays a black screen after the green boot-up. I've tried a hard reset as well as power cycling but nothing has worked. Oddly it is running something because I can still turn it off with my phone and it will display the options for shutting it down or restarting but won't load the home screen or any of the apps. Anyone else having this issue?

Same issue here. Factory reset was a major fail. The new update did nothing good for my good ole xbox one.

I wasn’t able to do anything when powering on with sync and eject pressed. Went through the same sequence with green screen then black.

Hatte das gleiche Problem,

Knopf an der linken Seite der Konsole &den auswurfknopf gleichzeitig drücken & gedrückt halten, dann Powerknopf.

Es müsste ein reboot Menü erscheinen.

Zurücksetzen spiele behalten auswählen &durchs Menü führen lassen. Bei mir war danach das Problem gelöst
