Xbox bio won’t show up

I’m trying to get others to see my bio because I can simply see it for myself. But anyone else who comes across my profile they can’t see anything. I’ve:

-reset my console

-signed in and out of my profile

-changed my settings to where it’s set so that “everyone can view your profile information” and any other setting that is associated with my profile

-cleared my cache

And much much more.

I’ll tell you this though; this issue started all after I got banned and got an enforcement action. Ever since then my profile has had this issue. Please help me because this is driving me crazy.

You most likely have your achievements hidden, unhide those in your privacy settings and your bio should be visible. No idea why that has anything to do with bios but from my testing that is the solution.

No its okay. Ill give a factory reset a go. But, ive already went into a chat support with like 2 different individuals and they had no idea what I was talking about and couldnt fix it ):

Also the one im currently using only was a brand new account so this issue doesnt make much sense. Another thing is I know im not the only one with this issue as well
