Xbox billing webpage broken?

Hello there,

First time posting in a forum (gasp!) but I'm a bit at wit's end here.

Is anyone else getting looped around on the billing page on the xbox site? [https://account.microsoft.com/services#]

My xboxlive sub has been suspended because of a expired credit card. But no one seems to be able to let me pay. Microsoft support has been helpful but cant make the transaction happen. Nothing wrong with my new card. Double checked that. Microsoft says
they are getting a 'transaction denied' message. Bank says all they are seeing on their side is a transaction 'ping' (a zero amount transaction to check the account is active) but no actual attempt to charge my account.

Both sides are confused it seems.

Now I'm not a tech wiz so I have to ask: does the seemingly broken page mentioned above affect the transaction proccess? Not the actual banking process but the authorization process in the xbox accounting system.

Or is the accounting system blindly trying to charge the old card instead of the new card?

Help please.

How to know what points card to buy?

The billing website, the one I gave you, is the correct region for your account. You would need to purchase US points.

The other webpage is not run by Microsoft or Xbox.

Sorry to hear about the issue that you're having. I did try to access the page but it seems all good to me. Though might be because my subscription is good and not suspended. Though there's that other method I could share. Do try to add your new card under
a Paypal account. Then add the paypal to your account. This way, if the xbox system can't get authorization to complete the transfer to your new card, then through paypal, they should be able to push through.

Though I can't guarantee this 100%. But I hope you get this fix as soon as possible.

I did everything that XboxSupport asked me to do on twitter and what Twitch support is saying on it's webpage.

Nothing worked. It's broken.

If the link is broken, then I just have had no time to fix it by reuploading the pic again. Will be fixed in a few months ...

But, lol, Moon Studios are not updating the official Ori Webpage, too. So ... lol XD
