Xbox billing stuck/locked

Discus and support Xbox billing stuck/locked in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; I haven't seen this problem elsewhere (i looked), but when i try putting in the zip it wont let me erase my old one (i moved states, still both in US)...     Xbox billing stuck/locked


    I haven't seen this problem elsewhere (i looked), but when i try putting in the zip it wont let me erase my old one (i moved states, still both in US) so region shouldn't be a problem??? Pressing the right bumper only leads me to the terms and conditions
    instead of to the right of the text which is annoying and makes me have to put all the info in again. Using emojis/random text and spamming them until the blinking | thing automatically goes to the right so i can erase the old info and put in new info works
    on the other ones but not this last needed info which is frustrating so i can't renew my gold without getting a physical card everytime my gold runs out :/ has this happened before?
