    Xbox billing problem on this picture?


    any idea what has happened here with my payment for Xbox? May is pending and when I cancel my recurring it will say I’ll have live until June 12th, looks like June payment hasn’t gone through but my card is fine as I just bought one month which I can’t redeem.
    Also frustrating as there’s no phone help or problem solving online

    my billing info has been locked and i have no i idea how it was if a microsoft member reads this can they send my account a message on how to get to my billing info

    Hello !

    I need help... So. I saw there is a special sale for xbox 360 games on xbox one right now, so i wanted to buy one (Battleblock theatre).

    I have 2 valid options for billing (visa, gift card), but everytime I try to buy it, it says i don't have valid options for buying the game...

    I don't understand, I can buy every xbox one game that I like, but I can't bu retro-game...

    Someone here to help me ?

    You can restart the download from the Download History. On the console go to System>Accounts>Download History to find it.
