Xbox billing i am unaware of

To Microsoft, i have been using the Xbox one for some time now, but have only recently, started to realise the payments coming out of my bank account. I was only aware of one payment, and that was for the account. It would be in my best interest
to know what these other payments are for and how i could halt them.

How do you feel about Microsoft Points being phased out?

Personally, I like that they are doing this; it will be much easier to get an even figure for the content I buy, and I applaud them for this move. Changing profiles home xbox

I'm sure if you explain to the agent that you were unaware of the three time a year limit, which most people are unaware of, he'll give you a one time reset. I've been using Xbox one since day one and honestly I've only heard of the limit as of yesterday.
I'm sure most people out there are unaware. There really should be some sort of warning when you reset the home console.

You can check the transactions at Sign in to your Microsoft account to see if it shows what they are. It's most likely a Live subscription. You should be able to turn off auto-renewal through that site as well or you'll

I am unaware of any such messages and there certainly aren't any offers etc. You get plenty of offers with Xbox Live Gold as it is.
