    I need to get a hold of the Xbox support team but when I enter my number it says there was an error on there side and to try again and I can’t purchase anything because they locked my account for some reason.

    You can access Microsoft support here:Xbox Support

    If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognise a charge" This usually work.
