Xbox (Beta) won't recognise me as administrator

Can you please try pressing on the Xbox button on the controller and Select the far right System tab then select Setting / Account / Sign-in, security & passkey / Manage my Kinect sign-in-data and you should see the option of I wasn't recognised. Outside

when the last time you update your xbox one console? have tried to power cycle for 10 seconds then unplug it then plug it back in. If the doesn't work try to reset your sign in data.

Sorry to hear it. Requiring Administrator approval for installation suggests that's how your computer is set up. You would need to use the Beta App as an Administrator. Just look for Xbox Beta in your Start Menu and right click on it. Select Run As

I have the exact same problem as the original poster. Turned on my xbox as usual, it won't detect any wirelss networks. Pops up with the same error when I put in the SSID saying I dont have the right kind of security protocol.

I have also tried hard resetting my router/xbox, even factory resetting the xbox.

The strange thing is that it has worked previously after randomly having this issue. I factory reset the xbox and it started recognising wireless networks. Then next day, won't recognise anything.

My wireless controllers work fine connecting to the xbox.

Which administrative settings should I try changing for my router to try and solve this issue?
