Xbox (beta) without updating to 1903 insider

Is there any way to use the xbox beta without updating the OS to 1903 or be able to download the games a other way. When I update to the insider version my other games go super slow as if it throttles my CPU and GPU. also my CPU usage is a lot higher when
using the new update, which could be a factor to why my games are running so poorly/stuttering constantly.

you would need to do some cpu upgrades from what ive seen

Thanks for posting here on the forums. Regarding the Xbox (Beta) app, according to our support article entitled How do I get the Xbox (Beta)
app?, your Windows 10 PC OS would be required to have version 1903 or higher in order to be optimized for performance of the app.

yea but I have a 6600k and a 970, dunno why it runs so poorly on my machine, I get like way less frames in game and a lot higher cpu usage. when I tried running r6:siege on it it felt like I had 5 fps but when I reverted back to a older version it ran
perfectly fine; Maybe it just isn't optimized for my specs.
