xbox beta update fail for people who were not invited

all of my friends have got the update preview for xbox one and i havent so i now cant play online with my friends which i do every night , i am very annoyed and knowing the update is not happening until near end of month, so thats a month my console will
just be sat there gathering dust, i have also just spent £35 on a new game i now cannot play with my friends.....any chance of helping me at all as im extremely angry

The next preview update has not yet rolled out for anyone in the preview program yet. It will not roll out until sometime this coming week.

Also, you say that you were invited to the program. Was it a friend who is already in the program who invited you? If so, did you download the Beta App and apply through it?

This is the only way to get in to the program. Xbox is not sending out program invites themselves anymore.

 

Not Getting Xbox Preview Message!

Well here id the thing support doesnt know who is accepted or not

They only can see id you were invited

Completely different things

They arent avcepting anyone new anytime soon

With people signing up without reading the beta disclaimer and still complaining they are being very selective

The only people who can tell you if you were accepted is preview team nit support

With the program being full you will be waiting months

Being invited doesnt garentee acceptance

It just means you were invited by your friend

Only when you receive the app link are you accepted

Which will be months from now or ehenevee the next beta is

 

You Can Still Play With Your Friends,The Only Thing You Can't Do Is Be In Their Party. Have Your Friends Use In Game Chat,That Way You Can Still Play Together.

 

You can also have them request an invite be sent to you so that you have the preview, too.
