Xbox(Beta) store not working

Hello, Ive had this issue since the new Xbox App came out during E3, ive contacted support and all they said was go onto the insider app and report it through that and i went on there and couldn't find anything to report the app to get it solved, i was on
the phone with Microsoft support at the time and i was telling him i couldn't see any report section/button or anything like that, i have no idea what to do, ive tried all the obvious stuff, repairing, reinstalling, updating windows etc....

Hi,

The 'Sorry Partner' error message has been quite common. Luckily there is a way to fix it. All you need to do is change your Windows Internet DNS settings. It's quite simple to do. For instructions go

here.

You should try Google's own DNS settings, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

Once this is done, you should be able to access all of the PC Game Pass App.

Found a fix for this - use xbox app on phone - log in - go to store - search for bf beta - 'purchase' the open beta there - worked fine. Nothing else worked for me but this.
