    xbox beta says under age to upload custom gamer pic but in account settings my yer is 1998 so im 19 i need help

    I need some help with my xbox account and xbox (beta) app

    Im a mexican Xbox user, and i want to change my Xbox pic, with Xbox (beta) app, and add a custom pic, but when i try to do it, a message apears and says that i cant upload a custom pic cause im under 18, but im not under 18!!! and i try to talk to the support
    service and aprentley Xbox chat its "discconected" HELP ME!!

    Why is it i'm registered under the age of 19 yet I can't upload a custom gamer pic, can someone help me.

    Are custom gamer pics allowed?

    I heard on the Xbox one beta app that you can use an image for a custom gamer pic, is that allowed for a custom gamer pic?

    I recommend that you sign into your Microsoft account on the Xbox console, use Profile & system and open My profile.

    Use customize profile then, use change gamer-pic. Open Upload a custom image, then select the image.

    Personally I do not use a custom image as a gamer-pic. I have no images saved on my Xbox console as files, to upload as a custom gamer-pic.
