Xbox (beta) profile picture "Code of Conduct"

I recently watched Wonder Woman in theaters and it was spectacular, so naturally i got home and wanted to change my Xbox picture to something from this movie. I google searched "Wonder Woman Wallpaper" and made the first photo that came up my Xbox profile
picture. Over and over again it has been deleted, i have tried other pictures of the movie and they always get deleted. I guess my question is, why are these pictures against the Code of Conduct when they are appropriate. Does a picture get instantly deleted
if it has anything that has to do with a good looking woman? I am only connecting this to the fact that it is a woman due to many of my friends having shirtless pictures of male rappers as their pictures, and it is their picture til this day. I apologize for
the paragraph, i just couldn't find a way to ask this question the way i wanted in a shorter way.

Why was my Gamer Profile Picture denied even though it didn't violate any of the Code of Conduct

I was just wondering why this picture was following the Code of Conduct, was trying to put my girlfriend as my profile picture.

 

Code of Conduct in Profile?

It could be any number of reasons, as there is no specific section to ask your question then possibly the best place would be the account suspensions section link below.

You may not actually get a specific explanation of the exact reason why you had code of conduct on your profile though.

For some reason unknown this picture works and others did not. Lets hope this doesn't get deleted.

Anything from a movie is copyrighted it's a serious violation of the law

You should know this already as it is common aense

You can use officially licensed pictures if available from.xbox

Gamer pictures cannot violate laws or copyright

They are more for personal things like your own picture etc
