Xbox (Beta) PC Game Pass - Shadow of War always crashes without error after 20 seconds

Hello, yesterday I downloaded and installed Shadow of War via the game pass, on PC. Installation was without issue, I proceeded to launch the game and play for about 2 hours without any problems, very smooth gameplay. I logged out, ate a bit, then launched
the game again. Every single time now without fail, it will crash during the opening logo cinematic (where you can press A to continue to the main menu).

It crashes without any windows error.

From my understanding, a 0x80000003 exception code means some sort of software interference?

I've tried everything under the sun that I can think of. Fully updated Windows 10. Restarted PC dozens of times. Did a CC registry clean. Scanned for viruses, turned off AVG, verified the game is accepted under the windows defender firewall, GPU drivers
are up to date, tried to run the xbox PC app as administrator, I even tried to sign in to my computer via my microsoft account. That didn't work either.

I'm out of ideas.
