Xbox (Beta) PC | Downloads continually stall at 0 B/S, impossible to download content from...

I'm afraid none of these solutions worked. Still seeing dismal download speeds with long pauses of 0 B/s, and occasional timeouts.

Hello Rypoh, here is a few things for you to try, (Note some you might have done)

• Restart PC

• Try installing with administrator permissions. (Launch the Xbox application as administrator)
  

• Make sure the download folder/location has enough available storage.
  

• If none above works, reinstall your game services
  
  • Launch powershell as an administrator and enter “get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers”
    
  • In the same powershell window, enter “start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN”
    
  • Install the app on that page, including accepting the UAC prompt when shown.
    
  • Try installing the game again.

downloaded your profile onto a console that has the beta update and it's
converted your points to currency. You will only be able to purchase content from that console that you downloaded to that has the beta for the time being.

Have you tried connecting using wired connection and still having the same issue? Did you try checking the troubleshooting steps provided by sAp832 through this link: Extremely Slow Download Speeds on PC Xbox App - Microsoft Community

Additionally. write down the following information from your speed test results (having this information handy will make the discussion easier if you have to contact your ISP later):

• Download speed
  
• Upload speed
  
• Ping (or Latency)
