Xbox Beta (PC Downloading issue)

I had Downloaded Dead by Daylight on the xbox beta app previously and played a game then uninstalled so I had room to install other games and now

that I'm trying to reinstall it, when I try it abruptly ends and give me this notification

Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
need to have Windows update version 1903.

Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

Hi Little, Try using the Xbox App (Beta) version to see if the issue reproduces. Just go to the store on your PC and search for "Xbox App Beta" to download.

sorry to hear. I think your System did not start a new download, it start the Setup via the Cache from the store or the Delivery Optimization Dirctory (Settings>System>Storage>Temporary Files>Delivery Optimization Files).

However, I recommend to check if there are still
pending updates in the windows store and go to the Computer or
Graphics Card manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the
Graphics Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.

PC, you’ll need the beta version of the Xbox app. Go to App Store and download the beta version of Xbox

Thanks for coming to the forums. There are a few known issues with the beta with downloading certain items. As it is its a beta, so there will be issues. Make sure PC is up to date and OS 1903 or higher.
