Xbox (beta) pc app payment only for US citizens

I live outside USA and I cannot seem to fill out my correct billing info, because the system thinks my credit card is inside the US and is demanding me to fill a state bracket and a zip code from that state. i live in the middle east and can't fill out my
details on the app when i try to subscribe for the new Xbox game pass.

keep in mind that my payment details on Microsoft account are tied to the site itself, and not to the app (which is very weird, because it asks for my country residence there and not in the app for some reason). Am I missing something crucial here?
