Thanks for the update on the issue. Here are a couple things to try and see if it helps.

Step 1: Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps. This can help remove problems with an app from Microsoft Store. To do this, you may refer to the link below:

Step 2: Check for updates for apps and games from Microsoft Store. To proceed, kindly click the link below:

Click here

Step 3: Reset Xbox app settings:

1. Click Start and click Settings.
2. Select System.
3. Select Apps & features.
4. Find the Xbox app and click Advanced options.
5. Click Reset. Restart your device so that the changes can take effect.
   
   Launch the Xbox app.

Try these and let us know.

Thanks for the reply to let us know you're still unable to install the Xbox (Beta) app. Using your screenshot as a basis, it seems that its likely due to your PC not being fully updated to the necessary Windows 10 build. If you haven't already done
so, I recommend trying some of the solutions provided in our community post titled Windows 10 Xbox (Beta) App FAQ
to see if that will get you going in the right direction.

Alternatively, if you are continuing to have difficulty in installing the latest update to Windows 10 in order to obtain the app, you may wish to reach out to Windows Support for more direct assistance in updating your PC.

Give the troubleshooting from the FAQ community post a try but if you're still not able to update, get in contact with Windows Support for the best results to help get you sorted out. As your reply has revived your older thread, we'll be locking it
at this time but encourage you to begin a new thread after these troubleshooting attempts for further assistance should you need it.

THE APP WILL NOT INSTALL SO I CAN'T ACCSESS THE BLOODY ADVANCE OPTIONS.

I told you app won't install and even provided a screen shot showing it won't install and yet you want me to access a app that not installed.

No it still won't let me install it
