Xbox (beta) Game Pass PC - 0x803f800e

Hi, I have recently subscribed to xbox game pass and everything is working fine on the xbox (beta) app on windows 10. However when I try to install 'Hello Neighbour' which is listed as included, I get error Code: 0x803f800e.

This persists through restarts and while the pc is off overnight and is the only title I have experienced issues with so i'm reporting as I assume it's a licencing issue on your end.

The subscription is also still active.

The issue is your end mate, don't give us a link to go read email your boss at MS and get it sorted please !

I'm sorry to hear that you can't install Hello Neighbor from the Microsoft Store either. If this is the only game that you cannot install, please use the built-in feedback tool within the Xbox app to help us better understand the issue you are
facing. Just click on your profile photo and select “Feedback” from the dropdown menu to open

I did as they requested and supplied a response via the feedback tool, and I have heard nothing since.

The feedback tool is for feedback only, and one should not expect a response. As a reminder, the Xbox app is still in Beta. Microsoft is relying on these feedback reports in order to fix these issues as soon as they can. Anyone else experiencing this issue
should report it the same way as stated above by Diego.

You can also contact a live agent to report the issue directly. We will be locking this thread since it was revived. Don't hesitate to create a new thread if you have another question.
