    Xbox Beta Game Pass for PC - Not signing in


    I have had this issue since yesterday - ironically after a long standing issue with the origin client seemed to be resolved! I open the app and I am not signed in so click sign in but nothing happpens - There is a green banner that says "This
    app needs a few things that are missing on this PC.
    Fix them in Settings" and when I click on that it shows a list of missing dependencies that need installing but I click on those and again nothing happens so I am now unable to sign in to my account and play my games . The missing dependencies are Gaming
    Services, XBox identity provider, Microsoft Store, Purchase App, Xbox Game Bar & Feedback hub

    Any help would be appreciated

    I have XBox Game Pass (3 month) but cannot download any games

    Game Pass for PC is correct.

    Signed into Xbox (Beta) with my account that has Game Pass for PC.

    Signed into Microsoft Store with same account.

    Download/install hangs and eventually fails- never passing 0%

    If i understand the problem, you want to buy them both an Xbox Game Pass subscription to play on their respective PC's ? Buy an Xbox Game Pass PC sub for each or a Ultimate Game Pass. Log their account on Xbox beta app on PC and buy them the correct sub.
    Or use xbox.com with their account correctly sign in and buy them Xbox Game Pass for PC.

    It isn't a play anywhere title. You would either need to purchase it for PC or sign up for Game Pass Ultimate/Game Pass PC beta. Seeing as there is an offer on, it may be worth signing up

    Are you signing in with the exact same account that purchased the Game Pass PC beta subscription?

    So on your PC you need to make sure the
    game pass ultimate account is signed into the
    Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
    xbox(beta) app     on windows as well and try downloading from there.

    Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games
