    Xbox (Beta) Game Pass double, twice, excessive disk use/consumption


    Like many others, I am using XBOX (Beta) with Game Pass Ultimate and installed games are consuming double the same, twice the space or extra space (however you want to say it). It is not just a virtual directory or pointer. The space is not available for
    other uses.

    I uninstalled all games, downloaded and reinstalled. The double consumption of space still occurs. Files in the MSIXVC can't be removed, even as an admin (that I have found). Is there a solution for this issue?

    It really frustrates me that I am unable to find a solution to this. Like you said every post on this subject is locked being "revived", but no solution as of yet. This makes me really question if I will be renewing my subscription.

    Need Help!

    If you get a cooler, make sure it has its own power supply and not powered off the xbox. The excess power consumption causes as much heat as it gets rid of.

    just to be sure, did you check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services    to double check what subscription is showing there.

    Also be sure to use the Xbox (beta) app if you are not using that yet to see if you can install Xbox Game Pass PC games.
