    Xbox (Beta) for PC - games won't launch


    Hello,

    I recently installed Xbox (Beta) for my PC, purchased Game Pass for the first month, dowloaded Metro Exodus, and tried to play. But to no effect. The game starts, and right after the first seconds of the opening cinematics, it crashes to desktop and freezes
    my computer. I tried launching it in safe mode, and in this case it goes a bit further than that, reaching the moment when the app is trying to log me into Xbox Live. At this point, it says that I can't log in and offers to switch accounts. I choose the only
    account I have, same as always, but the story repeats. I can't log in. NB I am correctly logged into MS Store, Xbox (Beta) app and on the Xbox Live website. As for my rig, it is quite a strong combination, Ryzen 5 1600 + GeForce 2070. The system and all drivers
    are up to date.

    Anyone have any idea? All suggestions appreciated.

    Thanks for coming to the forums. Unfortunately, at this time there are known issues with the Game Pass Ultimate / subscription for some reason. Many have had issues downloading. We recommend to just wait it out until the
    BETA

    kinks are ironed out. It should be resolved sooner than later.

    And for those of us affected? Right now I'm paying for a monthly subscription I cant even use because none of the games i install will start. Hardly makes me want to keep paying for nothing.

    No fix i've been able to find. The game goes to launch it crashes instantly.

    I've uninstalled both Xbox Beta PC and the game itself and yet it still dumps and

    closes both game and Xbox Beta PC programs. It's become very annoying and I'm not
