sorry to hear. Here are some tips that might solve your problem:

• Check first if there are issues in your Region with the Live Service
• Make sure Windows has the latest update: Select
  check for updates now, and then select Check for updates. Or, select the Start button, then select Settings/Update & Security/Windows Update/Check
  for Updates. If there is an available update, select Install now.
• Check also if there are Updates pending in the Store APP: Select the Start
  button, and then from the apps list, select Microsoft Store. In Microsoft Store, select See more/Downloads and updates/Get updates.
  (Most XBOX Service are updated via the Store App)
• Check if all 4 XBOX Services and the 2 gaming service are running (via taskmanager).
  
• Select the Start button, and then select Settings/APPs/Apps & Features/
  and then from the list select XBOX (Beta) app/Options and choose reset/repair.
• Reset your Modem & Router by switching OFF and ON

Same problem here. I've tried my Logitech wireless headset as well as a USB headset. Both work fine in Windows apps, but no mic on Xbox Streaming for game chat, voice messages, or parties. It does seem to work in the Xbox app Parties though.

I have the beta app v11.11.3013.

Wish it was that simple but None of the Xbox Voice Chat assets work.

Companion app beta and normal do not work for party and game bar does not work for me same with the Xbox app and Xbox Beta app do not work.

this has not worked for the past month since I did some work on my pc it just stopped working.

I have even reported the errors I was getting and still have no response from Microsoft I am also a Insider and have reported those issues but its Microsoft so who knows if someone will address it.
