xbox (beta) app shows moderate NAT type

when i loaded the most up to date xbox beta app when i stream i says network problems.. so i goto settings then xbox one.. it informs me my nat type is moderate

i am assuming this means the connection from my xbox app to my xbox is where it is moderate because when i do tests on xbox (via network troubleshooter) i get no issues.. well other than it shows my MTU as being 510 (i think that is a bug in the xbox preview
dashboard)

i have opened all 7 ports required for xbox one and have checked logs to see if ports are being opened correctly and they are

is there any ports i need to open on my pc to make the NAT type to OPEN from the app (i did try opening the same 7 ports on pc and this made no difference)

Xbox App NAT type moderate

Recently been having issues with my xbox app on my PC. It keeps giving me a moderate NAT type no matter what i do. It was happening before i switched my modem/router combo to a individual modem and router. So i dont know what the deal is im unable to join
any Xbox LIVE parties. I also checked on how to do port forwarding but my router is the latest and greatest it seems. Its a

So im in a bit of a problem. The worst part is it started after i got my Windows Mixed Reality headset. Another note is that i can have as many devices on as possible and its only the xbox app that has the problem on my laptop

Your NAT type will not affect game streaming, as it's all done on your home network. More likely, you are using wireless on either your console or PC and are being affected by one or more wireless issues that our users run into. Make sure you don't have

both devices are connected by an ethernet cable so it is not a wireless issue..

this only started happening when xbox (beta) app was recently updated

 

I have the same thing. Moderate NAT on Xbox beta app. Tried opening same ports required for Xbox One but that seems to not work.

 

That is the same as what i tried.. Tells me xbox services are ok.. NAT type Moderate.. Doesnt effect streaming nor online gaming

 

so other than GameStreaming.. no one out of the millions of people who use xbox (beta) app on windows 10 does not know how get their NAT Type OPEN in the app

It would seem they still haven't fixed this problem two years later. I routinely get 'Open' for my wired Xbox 360 NAT yet only 'Moderate' for my wired PC Xbox app NAT. Also server connectivity in the app says 'Blocked'.
