Xbox (beta) App says there's no internet connection when trying to download a game even if...

It say there is an error downloading, I tried Downloading Through Both xbox Beta and Microsoft Store app but Its Says the same thing no internet after downloading 1 or 2gb part of game.

I haven't had this issue so I'm not certain if i can help but if you're certain your console has enough memory and the issue is a connection error id test the internet connection 1st on the xbox settings and try again if it looks fine. If it isnt fine id
try to disconnect my xbox from my wifi and reconnect it if the issue has become regular.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue connecting. Is your PC connected to the internet? Try powering down the PC completely, when off leave off for 30 seconds and turn it back on. Then try and launch the Xbox beta app. Remember too that this is
a beta app, there will be some bugs and issues.

he is trying to play madden 24, it has internet because it will download apps like Hulu and other things in the background but when he attempts to play a game it says he will need to be signed into his profile in order to play, he clicks on his username to enter the password and it says you’ll need internet for this, even though it’s currently hardwired to the internet and when you go into network settings it says it has internet. He is not listed as a child in his xbox live account/ profile.

i started having this issue yesterday evening. i can connect to the internet and the test says everything is good, but my live profile icon wont load, when i try to run an app it wont boot up and when i go to play a game it says i don't have a connection...
