    Xbox Beta App, resulting in black screen after game launch


    Hello, for almost a month now I have not been able to play any games off the Microsoft Store or the Xbox beta app. Every time i launch the game I get a black screen then it either crashs with no error codes or i have to force quit the game to get back to
    my windows screen. I have been waiting for a technician to get to my ticket for almost a week now after i was told 24-72 hours with no way to check the status of my ticket. I am honestly at my wits end with this company and their services. Any help would be
    appreciated.

    Things i have tried.

    resetting ms store and xbox beta app, restarting my pc 10000000x times, updated my drivers, verified my windows version is compatible with the game, uninstall and reinstalled drivers, uninstall and reinstalled the game as well as the xbox beta app, verfied
    my ms store and xbox beta app are on the same account, made sure i owned the game, took my PC to where i bought it and had tests ran and came back 100% fine with no corruption on any disks drivers etc.

    *Edit* My PC is rather new and my hardware is above minimum specs for the game i am trying to play, and it does this with any game launched from ms store and or xbox beta app, i can run just about any games high to ultra with 60+ fps

    I’ve tried to launch from the windows store, the xbox companion app and from nvidea geforce, all result in black screen.

    Moved the app using the move function in advanced settings from the aol list, did not move manually

    Dirt showdown isn't launching correctly

    Game worked the first time I tried but had horrible frame rate and crashed the xbone to a black screen after 5 races) requiring manual system restart. After that, game froze on infinite "Xbox 360" logo screen and fame never launched. Did uninstall/reinstall
    same result. Hard reset system (all the steps with leaving it unplugged for two minutes, etc)- game still freezes at Xbox 360 screen. All other games (including other backwards comp titles) working fine.

    Did all the steps and deleted the last thing I downloaded (Destiny Beta, which I never got to play). Still black screen when launching apps, disc-only games, etc.

    same type of issue here when streaming xbox one to win 10 pc the stream is in a smaller scale and not in full screen mode and there is black bars down the sides of the screen and what looks like a windows tab bar across the top of the screen . this happened

    doesn't do this on the standard xbox app version 9.928033.00000 but i cant use my usb mic on the standard xbox app only the beta version so its a bit of a issue
