Xbox Beta App PC Black Screen

Hi,

I followed all the steps, updating Windows, downloading the Xbox Beta app for PC. Once the app is opened it moves from the green Xbox screen with logo to the app screen which shows for 0.5 seconds and then goes to a black screen.

How can I resolve this?

same type of issue here when streaming xbox one to win 10 pc the stream is in a smaller scale and not in full screen mode and there is black bars down the sides of the screen and what looks like a windows tab bar across the top of the screen . this happened
after the latest update on the xbox beta app version 11.10.23004.00000
doesn't do this on the standard xbox app version 9.928033.00000 but i cant use my usb mic on the standard xbox app only the beta version so its a bit of a issue

Have you checked the microsoft store for the update for gamebar and the xbox app that dropped this week

I had the same issue with mine. The way I resolved it was to uninstall the app, reboot the pc, reinstall the app, and reboot the pc again. I also verify that my window was fully patched too.

It's the Xbox (Beta) App on my PC. No error code shows up unfortunately. The app straight up refuses to take me to the sign on screen.

I'll try that Xbox identity provider app for sure!
