    Xbox Beta App not recognising Ultimate subscription


    Recently, my Xbox game pass for PC subscription expired, so I bought 3 months of Ultimate. However, my Xbox App doesn’t recognise the subscription and asks me to get game pass. When I check my account page it shows the subscription as active, but on the app’s settings page it says ‘your subscriptions failed to load’

    My Xbox and Microsoft store account are the same, and I wanted to get this fixed before EA Play drops.

    How do I solve this?

    What i mean is, i bought the ultimate subscription but the Xbox (Beta) app on pc does not register that i have an active subscription. On my active subscriptions on my Microsoft account on the website says i have the ultimate edition.

    1. Make sure you are signed in to the Xbox (Beta) app with the correct Microsoft account.
    2. Check your subscription status by going to the Account tab in the app and looking for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate section. If your subscription is active, it should show the expiration date.
    3. Try restarting the Xbox (Beta) app and/or your PC.
    4. Make sure your PC meets the minimum system requirements for the games you are trying to play.
    5. If you continue to have problems, you can try contacting Microsoft support

    The library of games for GamePass are different for Xbox and PC. If your subscription isnt' showing up in the Xbox beta app, try reinstalling it then signing in with the same account the Ultimate GamePass is on.

    Since you have Gamepass ultimate, that means you already have access to Xbox live gold, Gamepass for console and Gamepass for PC. To utilize the PC subscription, you just need to be signed into the same Microsoft account that owns the ultimate subscription.
    Use the Xbox Beta app to get started.

    If this is on the Windows 10 Gamepass, make sure you are using the same account with the Ultimate subscription on the Microsoft store and the Xbox (beta) app.

    If that don't work try signing out and back in
