    Couldn't start the Xbox Identity Provider after installing. But simply starting the Xbox Companion App (and logging in there) did the trick.

    Have you made sure the app is up to date, if so try seeing if this app is installed it may help fix the issue. Xbox

    Couldn't start the Xbox Identity Provider after installing. But simply starting the Xbox Companion App (and logging in there) did the trick.

    Copy and paste the entire thing as is and press enter. Its going to take about 2-5 minutes but it eventually stops. make sure your app is closed when you do this. It worked for me thanks OP!
