Xbox Beta App Keeps Sending Me Messages (From Xbox Live)

I keep getting messages from the Xbox Beta App from Xbox Live account. These messages are just telling me about new games and wants me to open the app. Like says, bla bla bla Launch app.

Is the only way to stop these messahes by removing Xbox App with Revo Uninstaller?

Yes, Xbox.com still works and allows me to send a message. I just downloaded the Beta Xbox app. I was able to send the message without any error messages. The official Xbox app still does not let me send a message. If the Beta app doesn't change much, than
I can only hope that it fixes the issue when it goes live.

Now, I still have to figure out why the messages aren't reaching him.

(separate issue aside from being able to send a message)

Hello!

This kind of message are common for everyone. Don't worry about that. The messages only stops if you unnistall the Xbox app.

You should be able to turn off notifications in the settings in the APP itself, Just open your APP go to the side menu, and settings should be down near the bottom. From there you should be able to stop notifications from coming to your phone or computer...but
if it is Xbox messages you are trying to stop, unfortunately there is no way to stop those, those are advertisements from Xbox to help keep you informed. Hope this helped, good luck and happy gaming.

Thanks for coming to the forums. These also come through on the Xbox. It is a way of advertising the new games that come out. Here is a link on how to uninstall the Xbox app.
