XBox (Beta) app for Windows 10 - SLOW CONNECTION SPPED.... VELOCIDADE DE DONLOWAD LENTA...

The Xbox Game Pass catalog is truly wonderful, worth every penny! But the XBox (Beta) app for Windows 10 at least ... it's almost impossible to have the patience needed to download a game ... I get 900kbps rates ... 1Mbps when LUCKY ... and I need to leave
HOURS ... DAYS to download a measly game ... There have been cases that I gave up waiting for and downloaded the pirate version anyway ... because it's ****. Steam, Origin, Epic, Battle.Net, Amazon Games, Uplay ... ALL of these platforms get the maximum connection
(40Mbps rate in my case, 300Mb internet) ... but the Xbox (Beta) is not even in the shade of this. In addition to all this SLOWNESS they are totally UNSTABLE ... countless times I let them download (because I am Brazilian and I never give up) and when I came
back to see I had "ERROR" and had to click to continue downloading (or pseudo-downloading) ... making what was slow, even slower because it needs an intervention now and then ...

I trust MS and I know all of its potential, the service has everything to be one of the best (and I think it is) ... but this needs to be fixed, as it's not normal. I researched and saw countless people with similar problems, not only in Brazil but in
Europe and the Americas ... so it's not an ISOLATED case of mine ... I really wish I could count on the service the way it should be.

Here is my note of discontent. Because there is no feedback from "Feedback Report" and in the MS question forums the answers are even more generic .... so I still have no solution and unfortunately thinking about canceling my plan ...

Realmente o catálogo do Xbox Game Pass é maravilhoso, vale cada centavo! Mas o aplicativo XBox (Beta) para Windows 10 pelo menos... é quase impossível de se ter paciência de baixar um jogo... consigo taxas de 900kbps ... 1Mbps quando MUITO... e preciso
deixar HORAS... DIAS para baixar um mísero jogo... Já teve casos que desisti de esperar e baixei o pirata mesmo... pois é sacanagem. Steam, Origin, Epic, Battle.Net, Amazon Games, Uplay... TODAS essas plataformas pegam o Máximo de conexão (taxa de 40Mbps no
meu caso, internet 300Mb)... mas o Xbox (Beta) não chega nem na sombra disso. Além de LENTOS são totalmente INSTÁVEIS... inúmeros vezes deixei baixando (pois sou brasileiro e não desisto nunca) e quando voltava ver estava com "ERRO" e tinha que clicar par
ao download (ou pseudo-download) continuar... tornando o que era lento, ainda mais lento pois precisa de uma intervenção de vez em quando...

Confio na MS e sei de todo potencial dela, o serviço tem tudo para ser um dos melhores (e acho que é)... mas isso precisa ser arrumado, pois não é normal. Pesquisei e vi inúmeras pessoas com problemas similares, não apenas no Brasil com na Europa e Américas...
então não é um caso ISOLADO meu... gostaria realmente de poder contar com o serviço da maneira que ele deveria ser.

Fica aqui a minha nota de descontentamento. Pois pelo Feedback não se tem retorno e nos fóruns de pergunta da MS as respostas são mais genéricas ainda.... então continuo sem solução e infelizmente pensando em cancelar meu plano...
