    Xbox Beta app for PC starting up issues


    Hello

    I have a problem with starting the Xbox (beta) app on windows 10.

    Every time i start it I get this error:

    And the app is installed several times from the MS Store.

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Are you attempting to sign into the Xbox Console Companion app (formerly Xbox app) or the Xbox (Beta) app? To access Game Pass for PC, you would need to do so from the Xbox (Beta) app.

    Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
    need to have Windows update version 1903.

    Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

    Thanks - PC is up to date (18362.418) with no outstanding updates in Windows Update. Xbox (Beta) app has been working with no issues since its launch date and PC is within recommended specs.
