Xbox Beta App for PC is completely broken

I just started getting this issue yesterday and it has now since snowballed out of control. I had the issue of my game downloads completely stopping, I figured I would cancel them and try later. I come to find out it crashes my app, when I launch it again
it looks like the app had uninstalled all my games except for Wasteland 2 (which had no launch icon). So I restart it again and all my games show up, only for them to be unable to launch or be played through the Xbox Beta app. I closed the app and shutdown
my PC for the day and I came back to it today only for it to get stuck at the Xbox Logo no matter how long I left it. I've reset the cache for the windows store, I've logged out of my Microsoft accounts I have checked almost every FAQ here. Not to mention
I had to uninstall it and now my installer has the same issue of getting stuck at the Xbox logo and being unable to install the app. Is there anyway to fix this mess?

I'm still having this exact same issue almost 5 months later. This is completely unacceptable Microsoft. You should not be taking people's money while developing this application.

Thanks for the reply. As the app is still in the Beta stage, it would be best to leave that feedback for the developers of the app so that they can make improvements for any upcoming updates. There is currently no set date for any updates at current that
are available.

It may also be helpful to try a clean boot on your PC to see if that rectifies the situation; however, if you are still having the same issues with the Xbox (Beta) app and wish to see if removing and reinstalling it will alleviate them, it would be a good
idea to
contact Windows support so that they can take you safely through the process of doing so.

When you start Microsoft Windows, typically there are several programs that start automatically and run in the background that may interfere with the game. You are correct programs may include antivirus and system utility programs. When you perform
a clean startup procedure, you prevent these programs from starting automatically.

Perform a Clean Startup to determine whether background
programs are interfering with your games or programs

The app is free, so fortunately they're not taking people's money for this application. As noted earlier, beta software is not finished software, and it can do unexpected things, including crashing.

I have checked that FAQ and tried everything but nothing seems to be working for me. Is there anyway I can get it fixed today?
