    Every time I try to install the app it immediately stops and says that an error occurred with the error code 0x8004E10E. Does someone know, how I can fix this?

    Hello Diego!

    A few hours after I posted here, I spoke to the Microsoft Support and they tried to get it working. In the end, it didn't work, because my PC didn't meet the requirements (my processor is too bad) and the App wouldn't download. That error code was something
    else, but I don't really know what the problem caused, the support made everything for me. But thanks for trying to help!

    Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

    Which beta app are you having issue downloading? The Xbox Console Companion App (Beta) or the Xbox Game Pass for PC app (Beta)? You'll need to have he beta companion app downloaded first before you can download the PC game pass app (beta) and you will also
    need to have Windows update version 1903.

    Restart your PC and then make sure you have the requirements to download the PC game pass app.

    Are you trying to log into a game or the Xbox App? If you're on Android, and trying to log into the Xbox or Game Pass app, I'd recommend searching the store for "Xbox (Beta)" or "Game Pass (Beta)" and see if you get the same error there.

    Is the error code an Android system error or an App error you're getting? Also, can you provide the make and model of your phone and what version of Android you're running?

    Cannot log in to the PC game pass app.

    It's the Xbox (Beta) App on my PC. No error code shows up unfortunately. The app straight up refuses to take me to the sign on screen.

    I'll try that Xbox identity provider app for sure!
