Xbox Beta app error 0x80073cfc while installing admin approval required games

So this one is kinda weird, cant seem to find this error code anywhere but it is still 100% connected to the required admin problem, Do have to note that I can play and install games that dont require them.

For my account setup im using the Microsoft account (not local) and I am the only user of the PC, I also have it set up as an adming account so dont really know why it happens

As additional info the same behaviour exists on the Microsoft Store, can install same games without admin required but its a no go for ones that do require admin

Ok so It worked but with A LOT of trouble, here is what I did:

1.- Created new local account with admin rights

2.- Downloaded game I wanted, but it would get stuck on queue or would throw out an error

3.- Deleted local user since it just kept throwing errors and downloads getting stuck on queue no matter what I did

3.- Canceled download but noticed it was still using significant C: drive space

4.- Found folder of the game in WindowsApps folder but it was corrupted, so doing anything with it was out of the question

5.- After an hour of digging through my files I finally found the file, it was on WindowsApps\MSIXVC (folder of the game in this case it was Prey) and it was using 30GBs

6.- After deleting all the contents of the deleted folder I could finally download the game with my main account

7.- Downloading the game right now so yay?

Do have to note that when I could finally install the games with main account It did throw the prompt that requires admin rights, before all of this it never appeard and just threw out error

I'm sorry about any sort of confusion or turmoil this might have caused.

These solutions do not work for me. I created a LOCAL (Admin) account and STILL receive the same message.
