Xbox (Beta) App constant 50+% GPU Usage while just downloading games

I can run other games with quite normal GPU usage like 30 - 60 CPU Usage and 70-100 GPU Usage in other games but I noticed that I have other games on HDD disk and Roblox on SSD disk and I was wondering if this might be Disk issue. On the one of screenshots at UserBenchmark results that says to plug in SSD disk into SATA 3.0 port with SATA 3.0 cabel. My problem is low GPU Usage in roblox but in some cases I have pretty high gpu usage and then it drops from like 50% to 20%.

I forgot to add that I have ddr3 ram 1333Mhz

I am currently trying to download Flight Simulator 2020 in Australia. It is a bit annoying that the preload was only the launcher and not the 90 or so gb of the actual simulator. The download is slow but that could just be because everyone is trying to download
it (nonetheless annoying on Australian internet. What I find very odd is that it is constantly at 50-90% cpu usage just for downloading the game. I am confused why it would be doing this just for a download, and a slow one at that. There is also approx 30%
gpu usage even when it is minimized which is ridiculous because there are no animations at all in the launcher, just a static image...

Specs are as follows:

i5-2500k @ 3.4ghz

GTX1060 6gb

16gb 1333mhz ddr3

1tb crucial ssd (drive it is being installed on)

Not sure if this should be a bug report but I have no idea how to submit this as a bug report (the launcher has no options anyway).

update: cpu and gpu usage continues even when the download is paused so the game is doing literally nothing. Good thing it is winter so my computer can double as a heater...

I also had a very long and painful download here in the UK. probably like you say everyone is downloading it. Also your CPU seems to be maybe under minimum spec, your GPU is better than mine however most of us are having issues with it at 100% usage even
on the lowest settings.

I got an i5 4690 3.5ghz (locked) with AMD rx580 8gb. 100% usage on the CPU and barely half on the GPU.. This could well be a bug.

Data usage is going to vary from user to user, depending on the individuals use.

While data usage for initial setup would be minimal, the downloading of games can eat up data rather quickly. With many games being in the 50 GB range, some can be as high as 100+ GB each. Apps, web browsing, TV/Movie streaming etc. will all contribute to
total usage... it doesn't take long to add up.

I can't understand why its doing that on your system, perhaps its a driver issue? I know it's not happening on my PC. My Xbox App only shows GPU usage if I put my cursor over a game as it displays a video. I have An Nvidia RTX 2080 GPU, although I'm sure
it didn't happen on my GTX 1070 either. Perhaps its a GTX 9XX issue?

What I can tell you is that you don't actually need to run the App to launch any games. I've just tested it. Unlike systems such as Steam, Origin or Epic games, The Xbox Beta App is linked directly into the Windows Store, so unless you're
downloading games, you can close the app down. All your games should still work.
