    Xbox beta app and regular app stuck on an infinite loading screen


    Last week I downloaded the beta app and every thing was fine but then on Monday I try to change my profile pic and it wont load. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but that hasn't helped. Can anyone help?

    Cannot connect to a party or start my own

    Hi.

    Whenever I try to start or join a party via the xbox app, the loading ring is stuck in an infinite loop and nothing happens.

    Parties were working last month or so, now they are not. I have tried on the Xbox app and the Beta Xbox app, same results.

    I have build 14915.rs_Prerelease.1600826-1902

    Since the Anniversary Update, there is a loading circle that appears for 35 seconds when launching the app or beta app

    Before the Anniversary Update, when I launched the app I'd get a spinning loading circle for a few seconds before it started loading in my friends list etc.

    Since the AU, whether I use the regular app or the beta app, the spinning loading circle stays on screen for a full 35 seconds every single time the app is launched.

    Why does it take this long to launch now??

    A new version of the regular app has just been rolled out, and it contains the fix for the app crashing when your friends list loads if you have a large number of friends.

    I've gone back from the beta app to the regular app now and it's working fine so far.

    apps cant connect to internet.

    I was stuck on the loading screen on apps. I factory reset mine and it started working again.
