Xbox (Beta) App and PSO2 Refuse to Sign In

I was able to play Phantasy Star Online 2 with zero issues up until a week or so ago. Now, anytime I try to log into the game, it states I need to log into my Xbox Live account, which it shows I am good to go and to click "Play Now" to continue to the
game. Well, I do this and the menu closes and I am back at the PSO2 Title Screen. I press a key to enter and... It makes me do the previous task again. This loop hasn't stopped since.

I have also looked at the Xbox (Beta) app for games to play with my Game Pass sub that I have and I can't log into it at all. I click 'Sign in' and a window with the Xbox logo and the words 'Please Wait...' pop up, then the window flashes open and closes three
times only to close and have nothing happen.

I would also like to state that I wasn't able to fix this by doing any type of App resetting or reinstalling the apps. I even managed to Update Windows to the May2020 update and that didn't fix it either.

I need a solution to enjoy my purchases.

Both Xbox and SEGA are aware of any issues to do with PSO2 so unfortunately most people have to wait.

I do recommend checking out the tweaker for PSO2 as it fixes many issues people have with the game.

It's the Xbox (Beta) App on my PC. No error code shows up unfortunately. The app straight up refuses to take me to the sign on screen.

I'll try that Xbox identity provider app for sure!

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member, you can find your perks on your console within the Xbox Game Pass tab, in the new Xbox (beta) app on Windows
10 PC, or within the Xbox Game Pass mobile app. And as Zenosos said Pso2 is Na and Canada only

It states claim before march 31st on the pso2 game that is currently out on beta.

Is there any chance these same perks will be given to other regions outside of NA/CA?

because on Xbox (beta) it states - Expires on 03/18/2021 and Redeem by 04/18/2021

Seems unfair that it allows people to play PSO2 (closed/beta) outside NA/CA via simply changing the console's region but don't give the same perks to those players. These "unobtainable" perks are even shown on the PC's Xbox (Beta) App with no "redeem" button
