    Xbox (beta) app and installing games


    Hi there i have just recently installed the new beta app for the reason of getting the xbox game pass ultimate.

    It all installed everything fine i went to go and intall a game and it only wanted to install to the (c) drive and ive had a look at some other posts and ive changed where i want to install new apps in the settings and ive changed the settings in the app
    to install on a different drive but its not having any of it if anyone has figured this out please let me know cheers.

    Hi Baptiste,

    It's still not clear what app or game you are having trouble downloading. If you cannot download the Xbox (Beta) app for whatever reason, the easiest way to get the app is to use the Xbox
    (Beta) app installer    .

    If your version of Windows needs to be updated to run the Xbox (Beta) app, the installer will help you through that process.

    So on your PC you need to make sure the
    game pass ultimate account is signed into the
    Microsoft store app, You might want to try installing the
    xbox(beta) app     on windows as well and try downloading from there.

    Not all of the game pass games between Xbox and PC are the same, the xbox(beta) app will show you all the available and installed windows game pass games
