Xbox being dumb?

    Xbox being dumb?


    Games freeze and kick me to home or freeze and xbox shuts off then restarts. I can only play like 2 out of my 30 games because of this and Xbox support is really lacking on their jobs. I have had to wait for 4 hours for still no help on this issue and am
    very close from trashing this platform and heading over to a different platform that actually cares about their community. If anyone can give advice that is helpful in the slightest, anythings better than the silence ive gotten from Xbox supports nonexistent
    staff.

    Yours will be shipped back in the same packaging the replacement comes in.
    I read somewhere about reconditioned units being sent out so I don't know if it's a 100% guarantee it's brand new. More than likely will be though.

    If you chose the advanced exchange program, then they will send you a new xbox one, and all you have to do is pack up everything that came with your xbox one and put it in the box that the new one is sent in, they may put a charge on your card though until they receive your broken console.

    Sorry you’re having trouble. Can you please let us know what troubleshooting steps you’ve tried so far?

    Have you tried the basics such as resetting the console by holding the power button on the console for a full 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug it, wait a minute and then turn it back on?

    Using unauthorized mods can lead to account and hardware bans. If its not on the Xbox store, or available by default in the game, dont do it

    I'm Samy an independent advisor. Welcome to the Xbox community. How are you?

    Check that the account that purchased the subscription logged into the Microsoft Store app on your Windows and that all content is also installed on the same hard drive.

    These steps can help you too, give it a try.

    1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

    2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store in the Windows bar, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this with the game too.

    3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

    4. Login with your account again in both apps

    5. Open the Microsoft Store, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner ''download and updates'' and click on ''get updates'' and update everything. After these steps restart your PC and try again.

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, you can be suspended. In situations like that, just report and block.
