xbox be trying to play me, plz help me

it seems like everytime I get a problem with xbox I call the number and wait like 20 mins just to hear him tell me go to our forums this and that, all I know is I suppose to have 6000 rewards points cause I donated m 3k ur special told me if I donated u
would double then by the end of February look it march 2 and no points. my other problem is I bought my gold yesterday cause it runs out today xbox tell s me if I buy gold today I get one month of ea access free I bought and what a surprise no ea access.
plz help me I just want what I'm intitled to ive played xbox since 2001.

Some one plz help me... My Xbox just started this thang a couple dayz ago, it'll freeze for like 4 or 5 mins EVERYTIME I hit the Xbox home button. I.have no clue wtf to do someone plz give advice

well the problem is I already did and no one helped me u guys tol;d me to go to genral sales and prmotions I did Ive poted about 5 forums now about this issue its getting riduclous.
